We advise and provide culturally responsive design, support and engagement that serves the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the ACT region.
We make a positive difference to government policy and service provision by providing advocacy for the lived experiences of the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We connect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, government, private and community sector service providers. We create economic, employment and social development opportunities for and enhance the wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members. We are a role model for and amplify the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women. We enable and support self-determination relating to life-limiting illness through taking a culturally responsive approach.
Our vision is to be a recognised, trusted and respected connector, facilitator, broker, and advocate for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and community on life-limiting illness matters, facilitating culturally responsive policy and service delivery and community engagement.
